our story

"In the deepest winter, we learned that sweetness travels farther than the cold."

Aurora Bakery started in 2024 as a love letter to the Interior — the trappers, the pipeline workers, the university crowd, the kids running in from a −40° walk with rosy cheeks. We bake in small batches because the Golden Heart City deserves goods made with attention, not on an assembly line.
